All candidates desiring admission in any of the courses have to obtain a copy of the Prospectus against payment of Rs. 300/- in cash Counter or by Money order / Demand Draft 350/- Payable to chairman Baba Banda Bahadur College of Nursing (Postal order are not accepted) the request and money order / demand Draft must mention

How to Apply

The blank application form is attached inthe Prospectus. All applications must be made in this Prescribed form only. Application complete in all respects, must be sent under registered A.D. Cover addressed to Administrator Baba Banda Bahadur College Nursing Faridkot, Application received after the date spec ified and incomplete application forms will be rejected.

The application on the prescribed form must be accompanied with the following documents

  • Attested copies of the educational qualification etc. with mark sheets.
  • Attested copies of all testimonials from the head of the educational institutions last attended.
  • Three recent passport size photographs are required and One Photograph should be duly paste on the application form. (Not stamped)
  • A certificate in the form of an undertaking from parent/guardian promising to meet all financial obligations of the candidates during the training.
  • An eligibility/equivalency certificate is needed(if required).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate from M.B.B.S. Doctor.
  • List of Visitors with photographs and specimen signatures.
